From Marx to Bismarck: The Socialism after socialism

This article argues, drawing on some of the current Soup Spoons Constitutional Economy literature, that although in theory the Socialism as such were discredited almost everywhere in the world, in public attitudes, in academia and in political practices some socialist ideas still survives in one form or another in all contemporary societies.And tries to plead for leadership and moderation, that is for realistic, fair and, Safety Inlet Valve therefore, sustainable public policies.
